Privacy policy.

Rally is a coached small group gym at Unit B12F, Heywood Distribution Park, Heywood, OL10 2TT, run by Simon Powell. The business is Rally Gym Ltd (company number 17416466), and we’re responsible for your details.

This page covers rallygyms.com and the tools we use to run the gym. Any questions, email simon@rallygyms.com or call 07351 841007.

If you join the founding list or get in touch, we keep your name, phone number and email, and anything you tell us about your goals. For the newsletter, just your email. If you book a visit, the time you chose.

Once you’re a member, we keep what we need to coach you safely: your health questionnaire, your scans and your progress notes.

On the website, we count which pages are visited and where visitors came from, without knowing who anyone is. If you accept cookies, the Meta pixel also tells Meta when someone who saw our advert visits or signs up.

We use your details to get back to you, book your first visit and send the newsletter, because you asked us to. You can change your mind at any time.

Member details are used to deliver the coaching you signed up for. Health information is only used with your explicit consent, to keep you safe.

Counting visits helps us run the business and doesn’t identify anyone. The Meta pixel only runs if you accept cookies.

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

A few trusted services help us run the business, and only use your details to do that job for us. Netlify hosts this website, and Cloudflare receives its forms. Enquiries and member notes are kept in Notion, and Telegram lets Simon know when someone gets in touch. Brevo runs our email list, Google runs our email and calendar, and Meta runs our Instagram and Facebook adverts.

Some of these companies store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.

The website works without cookies. If you choose “Accept” on the cookie message, we load the Meta pixel, which uses cookies to show us whether our adverts lead to visits and sign ups. Choose “No thanks” and it never loads. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser.

We also remember on your device whether you’ve seen the newsletter pop-up, so it doesn’t show twice.

Some of our internal tools connect to Simon’s own Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Sheets) to read enquiries, confirm bookings and send reminders. These tools access Simon’s account only. They do not ask for or access any other person’s Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Enquiry and newsletter details are kept while you’re interested in hearing from us. Ask us to stop and we’ll remove you. Member records are kept while you’re a member, then for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email simon@rallygyms.com and we’ll sort it within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
